Other Reports and Submissions. Tenant shall furnish City with such other financial or statistical reports as Director or his/her representative from time to time may reasonably require. Upon request by Director, Tenant shall furnish to City copies of its quarterly California sales and use tax returns covering the Premises operations as well as that pertinent portion of both the California and Federal income tax returns and possessory interest tax returns on the Premises operations at the time of filing, and any amendments thereto. All copies of such returns must be certified as exact copies of the original documents by a Certified Public Accountant. Tenant and all subtenants (to the extent permitted) shall also promptly notify Director of and furnish to City copies of any audit reports covering this facility conducted by the California Franchise Tax Board or the Board of Equalization.

  • Progress Reports and Information When required, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner such schedule of quantities and costs, payrolls, bills, vouchers, correct copies of all subcontracts, statements, reports, correct copies of all agreements, correspondence, and written transactions with the surety on the performance bond that have any relevance to the Work, estimates, records, and other data as the Owner may request that concerns the Work performed or to be performed under this Contract. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall give the Owner access to its records relating to the foregoing. (See also Article 1.2.3, Audits.)   • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential.
