OTHER REQUIREMENTS: ABUTTING YARDS. Where the rear or side yard of any commercial use in any C-2 Zone abuts any Residential or Community Facility Zone, the minimum rear or side yard shall be 30 feet (9.1 m) and no parking, loading or accessory structures shall be permitted within the required yards unless a visual barrier is provided, in which case the minimum rear or side yard shall be 20 feet (6.1 m).
