Common use of Other Separation Packages Clause in Contracts

Other Separation Packages. Excepting for those positions that are discontinued and declared redundant within the parameters of Clause 11.5.3, other packages will be at the discretion of the CEO following negotiations with the employee and in those instances such arrangements, including the calculation of any severance, will be outside of the provisions of this Agreement.
