Other Special Incidents. 7.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall nNotify COUNTY SSW immediatelyas soon as practical, no later than same-day within ten (10) minutes by telephone if any of the following occurs: Xxxxxx Child’s/NMDCLIENT’s school takes suspension or expulsion action; Xxxxxx Child/NMDCLIENT engages in behavior which comes to the attention of law enforcement agencies; CLIENT’s Any behavior or activity by any Xxxxxx Child/NMD which substantially disrupts activities within the Resource Family Home and jeopardizes the status, safety, and health of another person; and/or CLIENT’s COUNTY placement status, safety, or health of a CLIENT is at risk of being jeopardized due to aA serious incident involving a person(s) other than a Xxxxxx Child/NMDCLIENT placed by COUNTY that could jeopardize the status, safety, or health of a Xxxxxx Child/NMD placed by COUNTY.
Other Special Incidents. 17.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall immediately telephone the Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s Social Worker and Probation Officer, if the Xxxxxx Youth/NMD has one, and STRTP Program Manager, or designee, and make contact if any of the following occurs: Assault; Medication errors; Xxxxxx Youth/NMD refused medication; Mis-administered medication; Missed medication; Accident/Minor injury; Self-injury; Sexual activity; CJC0821-00 Page 33 of 34 February 9, 2021 Suspension from school; Unauthorized school absences; Contraband of illegal substance and/or weapons; Law enforcement intervention and/or arrest; Property damage and or vandalism; Personal rights complaint; and Any behavior or activities by any CONTRACTOR’s volunteers or personnel while on duty which substantially disrupts activities within CONTRACTOR’s facility and jeopardizes the status, safety, or health of a Xxxxxx Youth/NMD placed by COUNTY.
