Common use of Other Staff Clause in Contracts

Other Staff. 6.5.2.1. The Directors shall be responsible for the appointment and contractual management and compliance of all other staff (to include teaching and non-teaching staff) to be employed by the Company at the Academy but may delegate all or any of these powers to the LGB as they may see fit. 6.5.2.2. In so far as there is a delegation of powers to the LGB pursuant to clause 6.5.2.1 above, the LGB shall: 6.5.2.2.1. comply with all policies concerning staff employed by the Company as may be issued by the Directors from time to time; 6.5.2.2.2. take account of any pay terms set by the Directors; 6.5.2.2.3. adopt any standard contracts or terms and conditions for the employment of staff issued by the Directors; and 6.5.2.2.4. manage any claims and disputes with staff employed by the Company at the Academy and comply with any advice, recommendation and/or direction given by the Directors.
