Disqualification of members of the LGB. 5.6.1 No person shall be qualified to serve on the LGB unless they are aged 18 or over at the date of their election or appointment. No current pupil or student of the Academy shall be entitled to serve on the LGB.

  • Interest of Members of Congress No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States will be admitted to any share or part of this contract or to any benefit arising therefrom.

  • MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.

  • Powers of the Board The Board shall have the power to do any and all acts necessary, convenient or incidental to or for the furtherance of the purposes described herein, including all powers, statutory or otherwise.   • Suspension of Membership 1. If a member fails to fulfill any of its obligations to the Bank, the Board of Governors may suspend such member by a Super Majority vote as provided in Article 28.
