Common use of Other Support Services Clause in Contracts

Other Support Services. From time-to-time during the term of this Agreement, Company may request Contractor to perform other support services. In connection with the performance of any other support services, Company shall specify the services that Company desires Contractor to perform. Contractor shall notify the Company within five (5) working days after receipt of Company’s request of their intent to provide the requested service. If Contractor intends to provide the requested service, Contractor shall furnish Company the estimated time schedule to implement or complete the services and the estimated cost to the Company. All prices and scheduled delivery quantities and times will be detailed in a Purchase Order issued by Company to Contractor.
