Common use of Other Termination Rules Clause in Contracts

Other Termination Rules. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement whether express or implied, the Company may at any time terminate your employment with the Company and the Term, for any reason or no reason, and with or without Cause, and you may resign from your employment with or without Good Reason and terminate the Term, all as set forth in greater detail in this Section 4. If your employment terminates due to your resignation without Good Reason, or due to your death or Disability or by the Company for Cause, or the Agreement is terminated at the end of the Term due to non-renewal in accordance with Section 2, then you will not be eligible for any severance benefits, except as provided in Sections 4(d) and 4(e).
