Common use of OTHER VENDOR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

OTHER VENDOR SERVICES. 17 1. It is expected that most Physician Services required by Custody Patients shall be provided directly 18 by CONTRACTOR. In the event that CONTRACTOR is unable to provide a requested specialty service, 19 CONTRACTOR shall arrange for Physician Services to be provided by appropriate Vendors, with 20 ADMINISTRATOR’s prior approval. COUNTY shall reimburse the Vendors in accordance with 21 Subparagraph II.C of this Exhibit A to the Agreement.
