Our Assignments. We may assign, delegate or subcontract all or any part of our rights and duties under this Agreement, including by operation of law, without notice and without your consent. We will have no obligations to you after you are notified that our transferee has assumed our obligations under this Agreement except those that arose before we assign this Agreement.
