OUR GROWTH WILL DEPEND ON THE GROWTH OF INTERNET USAGE. We depend on continued growth in the use of the Internet by businesses and customers. If electronic commerce does not grow or grows more slowly than expected, the use of the Internet by businesses may decline or grow more slowly than anticipated. Even if Internet usage grows, the Internet infrastructure may not be able to support the demands placed on it and its performance or reliability may decline.
