Medical Charges (a) Out-patient emergency room charges; (b) Standard hospital xxxx charges; (c) The emergency treatment by a legally licensed physician, surgeon or licensed dentist; and (d) Hospital expenses, x-rays and laboratory services as may be requested by a licensed physician.
