Common use of Out of Scope Relieving Rate Clause in Contracts

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than three (3) working days shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty ($1.50) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than three five (35) working days shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty sixty ($1.5060¢) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than three five (35) working days days, shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty seventy-five ($1.5075¢) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.
