RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 15.01 Out-of-Scope Relief Pay An employee (other than a Management Trainee), assigned to temporarily relieve in a position which is out of the scope of this Agreement for a period of one (1) day or more shall receive one ($1.00) dollar per hour in addition to their hourly rate of pay. Relief premiums noted above are not paid for the Manager’s regular days off.

No bargaining unit employee shall be entitled to such payment unless they have been specifically requested to perform such duties by the Employer.

No bargaining unit employee shall be required to perform any such work, or entitled to any such pay unless they have been specifically requested to do so by the Employer.
