RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for one (1) hour or more shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 15.01 Out-of-Scope Relief Pay An employee (other than a Management Trainee), assigned to temporarily relieve in a position which is out of the scope of this Agreement for a period of one (1) day or more shall receive one ($1.00) dollar per hour in addition to their hourly rate of pay. Relief premiums noted above are not paid for the Manager’s regular days off.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who relieves a person outside of the scope of this Collective Agreement or any employee who performs work in a classification that is outside the scope of this Collective Agreement shall receive the rate of pay equivalent to that earned by the individual they are relieving for each such shift worked, providing that no employee shall suffer a reduction in pay as a result of relieving a person outside of the scope.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a position in a higher paying Job Category shall receive the higher rate of pay for all hours worked in the temporary assignment.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who relieves a person outside of the scope of this Agreement by performing specific duties of a non-bargaining unit nature that total in excess of eight (8) hours in any calendar week shall be paid a premium of eighty (80¢) cents per hour for all such time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in that week. No bargaining unit employee shall be entitled to such payment unless they have been specifically requested to perform such duties by the Employer.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for a combined total of more than eight (8) hours per calendar week shall receive the greater of the start rate of pay for the higher paying classification or seventy- five (75¢) cents per hour, for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who performs work in a higher paying classification that is outside the scope of this Agreement shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employed. No bargaining unit employee shall be required to perform any such work unless they have been specifically requested to do so by the Employer.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Employees who are temporarily assigned to work in a lower paying classification shall nevertheless continue to receive their higher rate of pay for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for a minimum of four (4) continuous hours shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so assigned, provided the employee advises the Employer at the start of the assignment that he or she believes that he or she is being assigned to work in a higher paying classification.
RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who relieves a person outside of the scope of this Agreement or any employee who performs work in a classification that is outside the scope of this Agreement, shall receive fifteen ($15.00) dollars for each such shift or portion of a shift worked in excess of fifteen (15) minutes, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. No bargaining unit employee shall be required to perform any such work, or entitled to any such pay unless they have been specifically requested to do so by the Employer.
