RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 40.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for three (3) hours or more shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee relieving a person outside the scope of this Agreement, for the purposes of vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, for a minimum of one (1) week, shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty ($1.50) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate for all time so employed. The relieving rates shall only apply to the positions of Front Store Manager, Cosmetics Manager, Cashier Manager, Post Office Manager, and Photo-Lab Manager. Relieving rates are not payable where the non-bargaining unit position is vacant. An employee shall be designated to relieve the aforesaid positions only where the aforesaid positions are vacant due to vacations, sick leave or leaves of absence.

RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee relieving another employee in a higher paid classification for two (2) or more hours per daily shift shall receive the higher rate of pay of said classification for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee relieving another employee for a period in excess of one (1) working day or more at a higher paid classification will be paid the higher rate of pay for all regular hours worked retroactive for all time worked.
RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 12.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a lower paying classification shall nevertheless continue to receive his or her higher rate of pay for all time so employed.
RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee who relieves a person outside of the scope of this Agreement or any employee who performs work in a classification that is outside the scope of this Agreement, shall receive fifteen ($15.00) dollars for each such shift and portion of a shift worked, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. No bargaining unit employee shall be required to perform any such work unless they have been specifically requested to do so by the Employer.
RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. An employee required to fill another job paying a higher rate of pay temporarily shall receive the higher rate of pay, but should any employee be required to fill a job paying a lower rate of pay temporarily, his/her regular rate shall not be changed.
