Common use of Out of Scope Relieving Rate Clause in Contracts

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than five (5) working days shall receive a minimum of seventy-five (75¢) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than five (5) working days shall receive a minimum of seventy-five sixty (75¢60¢) cents per hour (effective July 1, 2020, sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour) in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.
