Common use of Out of Scope Relieving Rate Clause in Contracts

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than five (5) working days shall receive a minimum of seventy-five (75¢) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.
