Common use of Out-of-State Travel Clause in Contracts

Out-of-State Travel. An employee who is required to travel overnight and out of state on State business for a period of two (2) or more consecutive days shall receive a ten dollar ($10.00) lump sum undocumented reimbursement for each day, or partial day, of said business trips, but shall receive no payment for the return day if said return travel ends prior to 7:00 a. m. on that day. Effective July 1, 2022, the lump sum reimbursement provided under the terms of this Section shall be increased to twelve dollars ($12.00).
