Out-Placement Services. WORLDSPACE shall provide the EXECUTIVE with executive out-placement services for a period of not less than twelve (12) months at a cost not to exceed $25,000 by entering into a contract with a company chosen by WORLDSPACE specializing in such services, in accordance with the policies of WORLDSPACE as in effect from time to time.
