Outdoor Event Sample Clauses

Outdoor Event. The Applicant is permitted to operate or sponsor the outdoor events titled, “2024 FORT LAUDERDALE MARATHON/ HALF MARATHON & FORT LAUDERDALE 5K” (referred to hereinafter as the “Event”), only at the location(s) and time(s) set forth in the attached Schedule 1 (“Exhibit 1”) and Site Map (“Exhibit 2”) (if applicable), which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Outdoor Event. The Applicant is permitted to operate or sponsor the “COVENANT HOUSE FLORIDA 5K ON A1A” (referred to hereinafter as the “Event”) outdoors only at the location(s) and time(s) set forth in the attached Outdoor Event Agreement Schedule One and Site Map (if applicable), which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Outdoor Event. The Applicant is permitted to operate or sponsor the “CHALK LIT CHALK FESTIVAL” (referred to hereinafter as the “Event”) outdoors only at the location(s) and time(s) set forth in the attached Outdoor Event Agreement Schedule One and Site Map (if applicable), which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
