Common use of Outplacement Counseling Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Counseling. If any of the events specified in Sections 3(a)(1) or (2) occur and Executive is entitled to Severance Compensation, the Company shall reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive over the one year period following the Termination Date for professional outplacement services by qualified consultants selected by the Executive, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
