Outside Activities (Moonlighting. Resident acknowledges that Resident owes his/her primary duty and responsibility to the Residency Program. Professional and patient care activities that are external to the educational program are called moonlighting. No Resident can be required to engage in moonlighting activities. Resident recognizes that certain Residency Programs may prohibit or otherwise restrict moonlighting by residents, at the sole discretion of the Residency Program.
