Outside Contractors. A. In the interest of providing the best qualified craftsmen in numbers sufficient to handle all of the services necessary to ensure the smooth operation, XXXX reserves the right to retain outside contractors to provide certain services, which services are to be determined by XXXX.

Outside Contractors. If Renter elects to use a caterer, performer, or other outside contractor, (“Outside Contractor”) the Outside Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance to Lessor prior to the rental date. It is understood and agreed the Renter shall be fully responsible for the conduct of the Outside Contractor chosen by the Renter. The Renter shall be specifically responsible to insure that the Outside Contractor restores the kitchen and other facilities to their condition prior to the event. Renter will also be responsible for any missing or damaged equipment or other items. It is further understood the Lessor shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage, or any other liability to any person caused by Outside Contractor, its employees, or agents.
Outside Contractors. As a condition of conducting business at the Town of Salem NY (The Georgi), all contractors/vendors must meet the standards set forth by the facility, including, but not limited to supplying proof of vending permit and current insurance. The Town of Salem NY (The Georgi) must review and approve, in advance of any work performed, all contracts by said contractors/vendors.
Outside Contractors. 17.1. Should you elect to utilise outside contractors or subcontractors on our Hotel premises during your Event, you must notify us of your intention to use such providers at least 30 calendar days before your Arrival Date.
Outside Contractors. No outside contractors, service organizations, corporations or individuals will be permitted to undertake any work on Tenant’s Boat in the Marina area without first having obtained approval in writing from the Marina Operator. All such persons must sign-in at the Marina Office. All such persons must comply with the Boating Ontario Clean Marine Boat Maintenance Policy or similar program including the possession of valid suitable insurance which contains environmental coverage as well as appropriate Worker’s Compensation. Tenants must ensure all contractors meet the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety and all applicable regulations. Additionally, all outside contractors must comply with marina safety program or their own safety program, whichever is more stringent. The Marina Operator may request the Contractor’s safety program at any time. Specifically, if permission is granted, the Tenant shall ensure that under no circumstances will any hazardous material such as oil, antifreeze, batteries etc. be left or spilled in the Marina. Failure by the Tenant to ensure that no hazardous material is left or spilled in the Marina shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by the Tenant. It is mandatory that all outside contractors have proof of WHMIS 2015 training prior to handling any hazardous materials. The Corporation of the Town of Prescott values the diversity of its workforce, its patrons and visitors and the community in which we operate and is committed to providing an environment where individuals are treated with dignity and respect. The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all outside contractors shall be required to abide by the Marina’s Workplace Discrimination, Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy. Failure by any contractor to comply with the provisions of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the premises by the Marina Operator. A copy of applicable policies and procedures are posted in the Marina or may be requested at any time.
Outside Contractors. A. 1. During the time that any outside contract is in effect for work which could be done by the Company's own mechanics, no regular mechanic will be transferred out or laid off, nor scheduled for less than a five (5) day work week. An exception will apply when work is fabricated elsewhere in order to secure the materials.
Outside Contractors. If Group finds it necessary to use outside services, companies, firms, agencies, individuals, and groups hired by or on behalf of Group shall be subject to prior written approval of Club. If Group uses outside contractors, any such contractor must provide Club with evidence of their commercial general liability insurance policy with limits equal to those required of Group. Group bears responsibility for the payment of any charges incurred at Club by its contractors.

Outside Contractors. Should you elect to utilize outside contractors on Hotel premises during your Event, you must notify us at least ten (10) days in advance of your Event. We may require that your outside contractors sign a hold harmless, indemnification and insurance agreement in the form currently in use at the Hotel for similar outside contractors, and provide proof of insurance in amounts acceptable to us (amounts and types of insurance to be determined in our sole discretion based on the type of services the outside contractor will be providing) before the outside contractor will be allowed to provide services on our Hotel premises. In some instances, despite your use of an outside contractor, Hotel may be required, pursuant to obligations imposed on Hotel by labor unions or collective bargaining agreements, to utilize Hotel labor to provide certain services, and you agree to pay the fees and/or charges associated with these services. Upon request by Group, Hotel will disclose prior to the Event those services that are required to be performed by Hotel labor (if any) as well as the potential fees and charges associated with such Hotel labor usage.
Outside Contractors. An Employer whose permanent yard or shop is located outside the geographic area covered by this Agreement (Outside Employer) coming into this jurisdiction shall be permitted to bring one employee (supervisor or worker), provided such Employer notifies the Employment Office at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of any work and provided further that all other workers shall be selected and work pursuant to this Agreement.
Outside Contractors. Should you elect to utilize outside contractors or subcontractors on Hotel premises during your Event, including, but not limited to, a destination management company, audio/visual services, caterer, decorators, or others, you must notify us of your intention to use such providers at least thirty (30) days in advance of your Event. Your outside contractors must sign a hold harmless, indemnification and insurance agreement as in the attached Exhibit entitled “Hold Harmless Agreement – Outside Contractors” in favor of Hotel, Hilton Worldwide, Inc., Hotel’s Owner and Group, and provide proof of insurance in amounts acceptable to Hotel (amounts and types of insurance may be changed or increased in Hotel’s sole discretion based on the type of services the outside contractor will be providing) before your outside contractors will be allowed to provide services on Hotel premises.
