At the time of check- in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges.

Sleeping Room Payment. Individual guests will pay their own sleeping room rates (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges and in-room entertainment fees). At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold in accordance with Hotel’s standard procedure or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges, if prepayment has not already been made. Group shall notify its guests of this policy. Group will be responsible for sleeping room rates (including any tax) for the “Judges’” rooms. Incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges and in-room entertainment fees) will be the responsibility of each individual guest. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card, on which Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges. Group shall notify its guests of this policy. After Wednesday, February 23, 2022 (the “Cutoff Date”), Hotel shall be permitted to release, for sale to the general public or to other groups, any room nights in the Room Block that have not been reserved as provided in this Agreement. Hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability. The release of room nights after the Cutoff Date shall not release Group from any liability for Sleeping Room Performance as provided in this Agreement. All rates are non-commissionable.
Sleeping Room Payment. A master account will be established for all guest rooms and tax. Incidental expenses of Group members will be the responsibility of EACH GUEST If Group is responsible for incidental expenses, all such expenses will either be estimated or pre-paid as set forth above, or shall be billed to the Master Account. If the individual guests are to be responsible for incidental expenses, the guest will be expected to leave a valid credit card deposit in the amount of $25.00 with the hotel at the time of check-in. It will be Group’s responsibility to inform its members of this requirement.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • Interim payment At the end of each of the periods indicated in Annex I the Contractor shall submit to the Agency a formal request for payment accompanied by those of the following documents which are provided for in the Special Conditions: ➢ an interim technical report in accordance with the instructions laid down in Xxxxx X; ➢ the relevant invoices indicating the reference number of the Contract and of the order or specific contract to which they refer;

  • Interim Payments Interim payments may be made by Department, at its discretion, if the completion of deliverables to date have first been accepted in writing by Department's Grant Manager.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Lump Sum Payment Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, in lump sum, an amount equal to 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation incurred under this Agreement, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. Method B - Monthly Payments. Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, a specified amount each month for an estimated period of months, or until 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation under the provisions of the Agreement has been paid, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs.

  • Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Payment Frequency As of the Cutoff Date and as shown on the books of CNHICA: (A) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 59.84% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had annual scheduled payments, (B) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 2.65% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had semi-annual scheduled payments, (C) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 0.73% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had quarterly scheduled payments, (D) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 32.13% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had monthly scheduled payments, and (E) the remainder of the Receivables had irregularly scheduled payments.

  • Maximum Payment The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident make-up pay to be made by an Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury.

  • Living Away From Home Allowance When Employees are to be engaged on a Project requiring them to live away from home, the provisions of Appendix I will apply in determining their entitlement and the conditions whilst they are living away from home.
