Common use of Outside Facilitator Clause in Contracts

Outside Facilitator. Whenever it is deemed desirable by mutual agreement of the Board and the Superintendent, an outside advisor may be mutually selected by the Board and the Superintendent to facilitate discussion of the relationship of the Board and Superintendent. The outside advisor shall be paid for by District. The outside advisor shall maintain the confidentiality of the evaluation process.
