Common use of Outside Facilitator Clause in Contracts

Outside Facilitator. Whenever it is deemed desirable by the Board, an outside facilitator may be mutually selected by the Board and the Superintendent to facilitate discussion of the Superintendent’s performance, the Board-Superintendent relations and/or completion of the Superintendent’s evaluation.

Outside Facilitator. Whenever it is deemed desirable by the Board, an outside facilitator may be mutually selected by the Board and the Superintendent to facilitate discussion of ofthe relationship ofthe Board and Superintendent. The outside facilitator shall be paid by the Superintendent’s performance, District. The outside facilitator shall maintain the Board-Superintendent relations and/or completion of the Superintendent’s evaluationconfidentiality ofthe evaluation process.

The outside facilitator shall be paid by the District. The outside facilitator shall maintain the confidentiality of the evaluation process.
