Common use of Outside Facilitator Clause in Contracts

Outside Facilitator. Whenever it is deemed desirable by the Board, an outside facilitator may be selected by the Board to facilitate discussion ofthe relationship ofthe Board and Superintendent. The outside facilitator shall be paid by the District. The outside facilitator shall maintain the confidentiality ofthe evaluation process.
