Common use of Outside of Endorsement Clause in Contracts

Outside of Endorsement. In the event an employee is placed outside his/her areas of certification or endorsement, due to reassignment or recall related to the RIF, such employee shall have a notation placed on his/her evaluation form stating that the assignment is an emergency assignment outside his/her area of certification/endorsement.
