OUTSIDE SPEAKERS. The teacher should be free to utilize the services of outside speakers in the classroom when the teacher believes that such speakers will have educational significance for a class of students. The teacher shall obtain prior written approval from the building principal and the teacher shall have the speaker check in with the principal or his/her designee upon arrival.
