Outside Vendors. Tenant shall not obtain for use upon the Premises ice, drinking water, vending machine, towel, janitor and other services, except from Persons designated or approved by Landlord. Any Person engaged by Tenant to provide any other services shall be subject to scheduling and direction by the manager or security personnel of the Property. Vendors must use freight elevators and service entrances.
Outside Vendors. If any of the above conditions apply, the District reserves the right 34 to utilize other employees or outside vendors for field trips. Bus employees assigned to an 35 out-of-county trip canceled one week or less prior to the day of the trip, due to the use of 36 an outside vendor, shall be compensated for two (2) hours and shall be placed at the top of 37 the trip list. 38

Outside Vendors. If Group engages an outside vendor (including, but not limited to security services, any equipment or special provisions); Group agrees to waive any liability on the part of the Hotel associated with the provision of such services or equipment. In addition, Group shall inform Hotel in writing of its engagement of such Vendor and shall provide Hotel a copy of the contract between Hotel and Vendor. Hotel may require the Vendor to indemnify and/or provide evidence of sufficient insurance to cover its activities at the Hotel. Hotel may refuse to allow Vendor access to the Hotel premises if such conditions are not met.
Outside Vendors. If the Client wishes to hire outside vendors to provide any goods or services at Wonderfly's facilities during the event, Wonderfly requires that such vendor provide Wonderfly with proof of insurance coverage naming Wonderfly as an additional insured entity and amount of liability insurance reasonably satisfactory to Wonderfly, and an indemnification agreement between Wonderfly and the vendor. Client agrees that the Client and its vendors are exclusively responsible and liable for damages caused by their acts, omissions, equipment or any other cause. Said damages will be assessed from the Security Deposit from the Client unless otherwise noted in other contracts between Wonderfly and the vendor. No tape that damages Wonderfly's facility may be used by Wonderfly, the Client(s), or any of the Client(s) vendors. This includes duct tape, Gaffers tape, or any other kinds of tape that may result in damaging any aspects of Wonderfly's facility. This includes the walls, ceilings, floors, and any other of Wonderfly's event property and furnishings. Client(s) must inform Wonderfly of any outside vendors being used for their event. Client(s) shall provide this information with their event timeline at the Pre-Event Meeting. Client(s) must also inform Wonderfly of the purpose these outside vendors are serving.
Outside Vendors. A. The practice of outside salesmen stocking shelves shall not be expanded during the term of this Agreement, except that if a brand of merchandise now being stocked by outside salesmen is discontinued and another brand substituted or a new brand is added, salesmen may stock all brands of the same type of xxxxxxx xxxx; for example, if a new brand of baby food is added or substituted, salesmen may stock the new brand.
B. The understanding in the paragraph immediately above shall not apply in new or remodeled stores during the first two (2) weeks of operation.
C. It is further understood that the rotation of merchandise, replacing damaged or outdated merchandise or taking inventory shall not be considered stocking.
D. The following items are presently being stocked completely or partially by outside salesmen: Baby Food Bakery Products Cookies, Crackers and Snacks Wholesale Distributors ie - Housewares Toys, Records Soft Goods Pet Supplies Books, Stationery, Cards and Cigars.
E. Any unauthorized vendor reported working in store, the Company will notify vendor of violation of Collective Bargaining Agreement and will advise the Union in writing of corrective action taken.
Outside Vendors. Vendors must use service entrances, upon reasonable request of Landlord.
Outside Vendors. To ensure service quality and preserve the integrity of SMPA, outside staff such as caterers, waiters, and bartenders must be approved by SMPA’s Public Outreach Specialist. All such contracted help are required to adhere to specific rules set down by SMPA, and may be asked to review and sign a copy of this Agreement. A list of all outside vendors, caterers, musicians, photographers, and any other outside professionals must be submitted to the Public Outreach Specialist seven (7) days before the Event Date.
