Priority Order. A priority order for the assignment of bus attendants shall be 42 established with input from the ESE Department. Students requiring bus attendants in their 43 IEP will be served first.
Priority Order. Each caucus shall select a slate of designated alternates in a number equal to the number of Governing Board seats allocated to that caucus.

i) Awarding.
j) Purchase order, sale order, or the contract, as appropriate.
Priority Order. Allocation of available space will be made n the basis of the following priorities:
a. Regular curricular and school-organized and sponsored extra-curricular activities
b. Adult and continuing education credit course programs, including those co-sponsored by other publicly funded educational institutions.
c. Historical user groups, which are defined as those that held a Rental License of a facility or grounds in the year immediately preceding a current application for use.
d. All other outside groups including non-profit, commercial, or private ventures
Priority Order. In the case of unevenness between the documents listed in clause 2.1, it will be resolved following the order of priority showed in the same clause.
Priority Order. Considering shelter and food value to deer and relative longevity of tree species, the following priority tree removal guidelines will be employed on a stand-by-stand basis during forestry operations.
1. (First priority) Intolerant Hardwoods (IH) - Note: a component of IH species will be retained in partial cuts in predominantly SW stands to maintain habitat diversity.

4. Tolerant Hardwoods (except Beech) - Note: a component of tolerant hardwood species will be retained in partial cuts in predominantly SW stands to maintain habitat diversity.

8. Cedar (single tree or group selection only)
Priority Order. It is generally recognized that higher priority is given to an old water right than a new water right (first in time, first in right) according to the instruction of the river administrator on the above-mentioned water use conditions. Domestic water is not always given the top priority.
(4) Term of Validity The water right is usually valid for approximately 30 years for hydropower use and about 10 years for other water uses. The original water use quantity, pattern and location may change in the future according to the socio-economic development of the river basin and hence, the contents of the water right need to be reviewed in every certain period. However, the term of validity is renewed in every 10 or 30 years in principle as far as the water use is necessary and active and no vital change occurs in the original water use plan.

Priority Order. 21.1.1 It is hereby agreed by and between the parties to this Agreement that on enforcement of the Security the Net Proceeds shall be applied:
(i) first, in discharge of the Priority Obligations; and
(ii) second, in discharge of the NatWest Obligations.
21.1.2 The Security is a continuing security and the ranking of the Priority Obligations and the NatWest Obligations as provided for in this Agreement shall not be affected by any fluctuation in the amounts from time to time of the Priority Obligations or the NatWest Obligations or by the existence at any time of a credit balance on any current or other accounts.
21.1.3 For the avoidance of doubt it is confirmed that the moneys owing and obligations and other liabilities of the Borrowers to the Banks and the Agent under this Agreement in respect of the Priority Obligations shall rank pari passu in all respects and that on enforcement the Net Proceeds shall be shared between the Banks pro rata on the basis of their respective Participation Percentages.
