Outside your Workplace Sample Clauses

The "Outside your Workplace" clause defines the rules and expectations for employee conduct and responsibilities when performing work-related activities outside the employer’s physical premises. This may include working from home, at client sites, or during business travel, and typically addresses issues such as confidentiality, use of company equipment, and adherence to company policies regardless of location. Its core function is to ensure that company standards and protections extend beyond the traditional workplace, maintaining consistency and mitigating risks associated with remote or offsite work.
