Over-the-Road Operations. The vacation pay shall be determined by averaging any earnings, excluding expense allowance, for a six (6) month period immedi- ately preceding the time of the vacation period. Full weeks of ab- sence due to illness, accident, leave of absence, compulsory court appearances, lack of work, or other leaves approved by the Em- ployer shall not be included in the 26-week computation. Full weeks of absence due to disciplinary suspension shall be included in the 26-week average. Any earnings in a week shall be counted as one of the 26 weeks. Two-man vacation payments shall be one fifty second (1/52nd) of annual earnings for each man unless otherwise agreed to.
