Common use of Over Voltage Ride-Through Clause in Contracts

Over Voltage Ride-Through. The overvoltage protection equipment at the Facility shall be set so that the Facility will meet the following overvoltage ride-through requirements during high voltage affecting one or more of the three voltage phases (as described below) ("V" is the voltage of any of the three voltage phases at the Point of Interconnection). For alarm conditions the Facility should not disconnect from the Company System unless the Facility's equipment is at risk of damage. This is necessary in order to coordinate with the existing Company System. [THESE VALUES MAY BE CHANGED BY THE COMPANY UPON COMPLETION OF THE IRS.
