Overadvance. At any time that the Revolving Loan exceeds the Maximum Revolving Loan Amount, Borrower shall immediately repay the Revolving Loan to the extent necessary to reduce the principal balance to an amount equal to or less than the Maximum Revolving Loan Amount.

Overadvance. All Credit Extensions made hereunder shall be added to and deemed part of the Obligations when made. If, at any time and for any reason, the aggregate outstanding amount of all Credit Extensions made pursuant to this Agreement exceeds the dollar limitation in Section 1.2, then Borrower shall immediately pay to Trade Bank on demand, in cash, the amount of such excess.
Overadvance. If at any time (A) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Obligations exceeds the Revolving Committed Amount, (B) the aggregate amount of LOC Obligations shall exceed the aggregate LOC Sublimit, or (C) the aggregate amount of Swingline Loans shall exceed the Swingline Sublimit, the Borrowers jointly and severally promise to prepay immediately upon demand the outstanding principal balance on the Revolving Loans or provide Cash Collateral in the manner and in an aggregate amount necessary to eliminate such excess in respect of the LOC Obligations. In the case of a mandatory prepayment required on account of clause (B) in the foregoing sentence, the amount required to be paid shall serve to temporarily reduce the Revolving Committed Amount (for purposes of borrowing availability hereunder, but not for purposes of computation of fees) by the amount of the payment required until such time as the situation shall no longer exist. Payments hereunder shall be applied first to the Revolving Loans and Swingline Loans and then to a Cash Collateral account in respect of the LOC Obligations.
Overadvance. (i) If the Revolving Credit Facility Usage at any time exceeds the Revolving Commitments, the Borrower shall prepay the Revolving Loans (or Cash Collateralize Letter of Credit Obligations, if prepayment in full of the Revolving Loans is not sufficient) in such amounts as shall be necessary so that Revolving Credit Facility Usage does not exceed the Revolving Commitments.
Overadvance. If, at any time, (A) the Revolver Usage on such date plus the principal amount of the Term Loan outstanding on such date exceeds (B) the Credit Amount as of such date (based upon the most recent Credit Amount Certificate delivered by Borrower to Agent), then Borrower shall immediately prepay the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f)(i) in an amount equal to the amount of such excess.
Overadvance. If, at any time, (A) the Revolver Usage on such date exceeds (B) the Maximum Revolver Amount, then Borrower shall immediately prepay the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f)(i) in an amount equal to the amount of such excess.

Overadvance. If for any reason the Total Outstandings at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments then in effect, the Borrower shall, within one Business Day after the occurrence thereof, prepay the Loan in an amount equal to such excess and/or Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in an aggregate amount equal to such excess or do a combination of the foregoing in an aggregate amount equal to such excess; provided that the Borrower shall not be required to Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations pursuant to this Section 5.4(a) unless after the prepayment in full of the Loan the Total Outstandings exceed the aggregate Commitments then in effect.
Overadvance. Authorized Overadvances shall be due upon demand by Summit. Authorized Overadvances shall accrue interest at the Daily Funds Rate plus Three Percent (3%) per annum. If at any time an Overadvance exists which is not an Authorized Overadvance, Client shall immediately make payment to Summit of an amount equal to the Overadvance. If such payment is not immediately made, interest shall accrue on the Overadvance at the Default Rate regardless of whether Summit waives the Event of Default caused by such non-payment.
Overadvance. If at the close of business on any Business Day an Overadvance shall have occurred and be continuing, then prior to the close of business on the fifth (5th) Business Day after the occurrence of such event (such date, being a “Call Date”), Debtor shall prepay a portion of the Loan in an amount equal to the Overadvance, provided, however, no such payment shall be required if prior to the close of business on the Call Date, Debtor assigns to Lender pursuant to this Agreement a replacement Eligible Note (or Eligible Notes) that is (are) in an amount sufficient to cause Debtor to be in compliance with the Borrowing Base.
