Overdrafts (Order of Payments, Transfers, and other Withdrawals). If your account has insufficient funds to perform all electronic fund transfers you have requested for a given business day, then: A. Electronic funds transfers involving currency disbursements, like ATM withdrawals, will have priority; B. Electronic fund transfers initiated through CorpLink which would result in an overdraft of your account may, at our discretion, be canceled; C. In the event the electronic fund transfers initiated through CorpLink which would result in an overdraft of your account are not canceled, overdraft charges may be assessed pursuant to the terms of the deposit agreement for that account.

If funds are withdrawn from any of your accounts by means of multiple transactions in any given day, and if the account contains insufficient funds to enable all transactions, the transactions posted after the point in time when the account has insufficient funds will either be refused or will result in an overdraft in your account, at the Bank’s sole discretion.
