Overloading Systems. The Tenant shall not install or use any electrical or other equipment or electrical arrangement which may overload the electrical or other service facilities unless it does so with the express prior written consent of the Landlord and at its own expense makes whatever changes are necessary to comply with the reasonable and lawful requirements of the Landlord’s insurance underwriters and governmental authorities having jurisdiction. The Tenant shall submit all applicable plans and specifications to the Landlord at the time of applying for such consent.
Overloading Systems. (a) The Tenant acknowledges and accepts that: (i) the maximum capacity of tenancy sub-mains between the main switchboard / tenancy metering panel and the tenancy switchboard within the Premises is set out in Item 9(a); (ii) the maximum capacity of the plate heat exchanger for the refrigeration system located within or connected to the Premises is set out in Item 9(b); and (iii) the maximum capacity of the heating hot water take off points located in the mezzanine office component of the Premises is set out in Item 9(c). (b) The Tenant must not bring onto or allow to be installed in the Premises any machinery, plant or equipment which will result in the maximum capacity of the systems within the Premises as set out in Item 9 to be exceeded, without the Landlord's prior written consent. (c) The Tenant will be responsible for any damage caused to the Central Heating Plant, the Central Cooling Plant, the Landlord's Fixtures or the Trading Floor Complex directly caused or contributed to by the Tenant exceeding the maximum capacity of the systems within the Premises.
Overloading Systems. The Tenant must not bring onto or allow to be installed in the Premises any machinery, plant or equipment which will result in the maximum capacity of the systems within the Premises as set out in Item 10 to be exceeded, without the Landlord's prior written consent. The Tenant will be responsible for any damage caused to the Landlord's Fixtures or the Warehousing Complex arising from the Tenant exceeding the maximum capacity of the systems within the Premises.

  • Building Systems “Building Systems” shall mean all structural elements and components, mechanical equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems and life safety systems and fixtures incorporated in the Improvements, including, without limitation, HVAC, elevator, electrical, plumbing, utility, fire and life safety and swimming pool.

  • Overload A regular employee who works an overload in a given year shall receive no less than either: (a) the pro-rata salary for the overload based on the Provincial Salary Scale or the secondary scale on which the employee is placed or (b) a reduction of workload in a subsequent year that is commensurate with the amount of the overload. The conditions governing overloads are as set out in the regular employee’s local collective agreement, subject to the above provision.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.
