Overnight Respite. Faculty members teaching an evening class as a part of their regular assignment shall be provided no less than twelve (12) consecutive hours elapsed time between the end of the last regularly assigned class on one day and the beginning of the first regularly assigned class on the following day except as he or she might otherwise agree. Hourly assignments (overload) are not included.
