Overpayment Technical Assistance. ‌ If a Worker causes an overpayment the State shall provide technical assistance and/or resources to help prevent future occurrences. This can include assessing any barriers the Provider is experiencing in correctly submitting their timesheet/voucher. Additionally, if applicable, the Case Management Entity will notify the Employer or Common Law Employer of the error and provide guidance on how to appropriately review a completed timesheet before providing their signature.
