Common use of Overpayments to Vendor Clause in Contracts

Overpayments to Vendor. Vendor shall refund to WSDOT the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment under this Contract within thirty (30) days’ written notice. If Vendor fails to make timely refund, WSDOT may charge Vendor one percent (1%) per month on the amount due, until paid in full.
