Common use of OVERSEAS STUDENT HEALTH Clause in Contracts

OVERSEAS STUDENT HEALTH. COVER (OSHC) If you are applying to study as a student visa holder, the Australian Department of Home Affairs requires that you have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire duration of your student visa. You must NOT arrive before your OSHC start date. The university’s preferred OSHC provider is BUPA. The OSHC amount included in your Offer is estimated based on your expected visa duration. If you do not require the University to arrange your OSHC, please provide the evidence of your existing OSHC or your eligibility for a Norwegian/Swedish/Belgian exemption.
