Common use of Oversight of Implementation Clause in Contracts

Oversight of Implementation. The Ministers representing each Participating Jurisdiction (or their designees) would form a committee to oversee the transition and implementation of the Cooperative System. The committee would establish and supervise an implementation team which would deal with the day-to-day transition and implementation of the Cooperative System including the planning, execution and completion on a timely basis of all the Implementation Milestones set forth in section 6.3. Each major capital markets jurisdiction and Canada would select one member for the implementation team. The implementation team would report at least monthly to the Ministers’ oversight committee on the status of its efforts to satisfy the Implementation Milestones. The implementation team would work collaboratively with all Participating Jurisdictions.
