Oversight. In addition to the above, the parties will meet at least once per year to discuss harassment incidents that year, root causes of the incidents and steps taken to resolve the issues. In addition, the meeting will discuss current efforts to improve harassment awareness in the workplace as well as current legislative and other trends that may be relevant to preventing future incidents. A Joint Harassment Training Program will be mandatory for all bargaining unit employees and will be paid for at the employee’s straight time, regular wage rate, during off shift periods.
