Overtime Meal Guidelines. (a) The Company will furnish a hot meal to employees required to work more than two hours beyond their regular leaving time. Should the overtime extend a further four hours, a second hot meal will be provided to the employees. (b) If an employee is called in with less than four (4) hours notice, there will be hot meals supplied after the first two (2) hours of work and for every four (4) hours thereafter. (c) If an employee is entitled to a meal and chooses not to order, they shall receive a $11.00 meal allowance for each meal entitlement.

Overtime Meal Guidelines. (a) No meals are provided for scheduled overtime, i.e. where the employee knows before he comes to work that he will be working past his regular quitting time is required to report to work early for his next shift or he is advised in advance of his scheduled day off that he will be working overtime on that day. Notwithstanding the above, if an 8 hour day worker works 4 hours of scheduled overtime in excess of his scheduled shift hours for the day, (total of 12 hours worked) he will be provided with a meal. If a shift worker works 4 hours of scheduled overtime in excess of his scheduled shift hours, he will be provided with a meal. (b) The Company will furnish a hot meal to employees required to work more than two hours beyond their regular quitting time. Should the overtime extend a further four hours, a second hot meal will be provided to the employee. (c) If an employee is called in with less than eight hours’ notice before a night shift (12 hours’ notice before a day shift), there will be a hot meal supplied after the first four hours of work and after the next four hours. The maximum number of meals per shift shall be two. (d) In the above cases where the Company is obliged to provide a meal, employees have the option of choosing a meal provided from an approved list or taking a meal voucher for use at approved food establishments. (e) Where bargaining unit employees are responsible for the scheduling of approved overtime, all such overtime must be scheduled as soon as it is approved.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
