Common use of Own Gas Appliances Clause in Contracts

Own Gas Appliances. Immediately notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent if any gas appliance is brought into the Property by the Tenant and ensure that it is properly connected to the appropriate pipework by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer and is safe to use. The Tenant will immediately stop using and remove any such gas appliance which is unsafe or dangerous to either the occupants or the Property.
