Owner agrees to make available to Manager all data, records, documents, rules and regulations, and other materials required in connection with the management of the Property, to provide or approve a lease for Manager’s use, to cooperate fully with Manager in Manager’s actions under this Agreement and to immediately provide to Manager the names of any prospective tenants.
Owner Cooperation. Throughout the Project, Owner will cooperate with CPI in all respects, including without limitation, (a) providing CPI and its contractors and subcontractors full and free access to the Property at all reasonable hours as needed for purposes of carrying out the Project and (b) cooperating in all reasonable respects with CPI and its contractors and subcontractors in the successful and timely completion of the Project. Without limiting the forgoing, (i) providing CPI and its contractors access to the property during daylight hours seven days a week, 365 days a year, (ii) responding to CPI’s requests no later than 24 hours after such requests are made, and (iii) Owner or its representatives meeting with CPI and its contractors, subcontractors and CPI’s other representatives at all meetings for which CPI has provided at least 48 hours’ notice of such meeting, shall all be deemed reasonable. Owner will not do anything or suffer anything to be done that would result, immediately or with the passage of time, in a default by CPI under the Contract.
Owner Cooperation. Owner agrees that it will cooperate in good faith with MGE and its employees, agents, and consultants with regard to the Charging Station and the Activities. Owner Cooperation. Owner shall cooperate with Operator and provide Operator with such information as Operator may reasonably request from time to time in connection with the performance of Operator’s duties hereunder.
