Owner Cooperation. Owner agrees to make available to Manager all data, records, documents, rules and regulations, and other materials required in connection with the management of the Property, to provide or approve a lease for Manager’s use, to cooperate fully with Manager in Manager’s actions under this Agreement and to immediately provide to Manager the names of any prospective tenants.
Owner Cooperation. If Owner assigns the proceeds of any insurance policy to Optionee pursuant to Section 10(a), Owner shall cooperate with Optionee in presenting and prosecuting the claim with Owner's insurance carriers, shall follow Optionee's instructions with respect thereto (except to the extent Owner is advised by counsel that following a particular instruction would expose Owner to liability, or to the extent Owner would incur additional cost to follow such instruction which is not paid by Optionee), and will not settle any such claim without Optionee's written approval.
Owner Cooperation. Owner agrees that it will cooperate in good faith with MGE and its employees, agents, and consultants with regard to the Charging Station and the Activities. Owner Cooperation. Throughout the Project, Owner will cooperate with CPI in all respects, including without limitation, (a) providing CPI and its contractors and subcontractors full and free access to the Property at all reasonable hours as needed for purposes of carrying out the Project and (b) cooperating in all reasonable respects with CPI and its contractors and subcontractors in the successful and timely completion of the Project. Without limiting the forgoing, (i) providing CPI and its contractors access to the property during daylight hours seven days a week, 365 days a year, (ii) responding to CPI’s requests no later than 24 hours after such requests are made, and (iii) Owner or its representatives meeting with CPI and its contractors, subcontractors and CPI’s other representatives at all meetings for which CPI has provided at least 48 hours’ notice of such meeting, shall all be deemed reasonable. Owner will not do anything or suffer anything to be done that would result, immediately or with the passage of time, in a default by CPI under the Contract.
Owner Cooperation. Owner shall cooperate with Operator and provide Operator with such information as Operator may reasonably request from time to time in connection with the performance of Operator’s duties hereunder.
Owner Cooperation. If Contractor has charge of a suit brought against Owner by a third party, Owner shall render such cooperation as Contractor may reasonably request in the defense of such suit except that Owner shall have the right to be represented therein by counsel of its own choice and at its own expense.
Owner Cooperation. Owner shall take all reasonable and necessary steps to cooperate with Developer as necessary to enable Developer to discharge its obligations hereunder, provided, however, that Owner shall not be required to expend funds not provided for in the Approved Budget unless consented to by Owner in the exercise of its sole and absolute discretion.
Owner Cooperation. Owner shall exercise reasonable efforts to insure its cooperation with MHMI in the performance of MHMI's duties and obligations hereunder. Owner shall make decisions requested by MHMI in a reasonably timely manner. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS Owner shall compensate MHMI for Contract Management Services of its Hospital as set forth herein.
Owner Cooperation. Owner agrees that annexation of the subject property to City is desirable and consents to such proceedings at such time as they may be commenced by City. Owner shall fully cooperate in the initiation and conduct of such annexation proceedings and waives any rights of protest under any law governing such proceedings.
