Common use of Owner Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Owner Cooperation. Owner agrees to make available to Manager all data, records, documents, rules and regulations, and other materials required in connection with the management of the Property, to provide or approve a lease for Manager’s use, to cooperate fully with Manager in Manager’s actions under this Agreement and to immediately provide to Manager the names of any prospective tenants.
