OWNER DESIGNEE. The parties acknowledge that the Owner has authorized the Superintendent or his designee to enter into service contracts involving expenditures of up to $100,000. The parties further acknowledge that the Owner may perform all or part of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement through the Superintendent or his designee.
