Owner Responsible for Payments. Owner will be responsible for the direct handling and payment of invoices received after notice of termination, provided that to the extent of available operating funds in the Operating Account, Manager may continue to pay obligations incurred by the Property through the termination date subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon notice of termination, Manager will submit to Owner written notice an estimate of the additional funds required to pay all obligations payable with respect to incurred by the Properties Property through the termination date.. Manager will not be obligated to advance Manager’s funds for payment of obligations incurred on behalf of the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. ​
