Owner’s Affidavit. An Affidavit, in form customarily and reasonably acceptable to the Title Company and Seller, sufficient to permit the Title Company (as hereinafter defined) to delete the “gap exception” and all standard exceptions (other than taxes not yet due and payable) from the title insurance policy.
