Owner's and Construction Manager's Protective Liability Insurance. The Construction Manager shall procure as a cost of the project and furnish an Owner's and Construction Manager's Protective Liability Insurance Policy with the following minimum limits: Bodily Injury Liability & $500,000 Each Occurrence Property Damage Liability Combined Single Limit

Owner's and Construction Manager's Protective Liability Insurance. The Construction Manager shall procure as a cost of the Project and furnish an Owner’s and Construction Manager’s Protective Liability Insurance Policy with the following minimum limits: Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $2,000,000 Aggregate “XCU” (Explosion, Collapse, Underground Damage) - The Construction Manager’s Liability Policy shall provide “XCU” coverage for those classifications in which they are excluded.

Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.
