Common use of Owner’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Cooperation. Owner shall provide Distribution Company with notice of any FERC or NERC regulatory proceedings relating to the NECEC Transmission Line or this Agreement to which Owner is a party promptly after Owner becomes aware of any such proceedings. Each Party will act in good faith regarding any such proceedings. Neither Party shall take any position in such proceeding that is contrary to such Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
